Architectural Rendering in Montreal

Photorealistic images, video and interactive sales centre presentation for Montreal real estate projects, from a studio that already ships in the city.

Minuit Moins Une works with Montreal developers, architects and cities, from the concept drawings through to the screen the sales team uses. We work in both French and English.

What we have built in Montreal

Prével, Esplanade Cartier. The sales centre runs on Immersion, our own interactive presentation platform, with the Atlas AI concierge connected. In service today. Buyers explore the project in 3D, in real time, on a touchscreen, instead of flipping through a printed board.

Le Parterre, Bell Centre. 3D video with motion graphics, choreographed transitions and 4D characters, for a private club at ice level.

What we deliver

  • Exterior renderings. Photorealistic views of your building in its real context: the light on the site, the season, the neighbours. Delivered with and without our logo.
  • Interior renderings. Model units, common areas, lobbies, sales centres. We build the furniture, the finishes and the mood from your spec sheets.
  • 3D video and animation. From a simple flythrough to a full film with narration, an original score and 4D characters. We also composite 3D elements into real drone footage.
  • 360 tours and immersive experiences. They open online, on any device, with no special equipment.
  • Immersion, our interactive platform. The touchscreen app running at Esplanade Cartier. Built in house, so we adapt it to your project instead of fitting you into someone else’s template.

Why bring us onto a Montreal project

We already ship here. Esplanade Cartier is in service and Le Parterre is delivered.

We build our own platform. Immersion is not off the shelf. It is our product, so the sales centre experience is ours to change when your project changes.

We work in French and in English. Your drawings, your meetings, your consultations, your sales material. No round trip through translation.

Distance is not a factor. A Montreal project runs exactly like a local one: same team, same schedule, same two revision passes included. We show up on site and at the sales centre.

How it works

The same process as every project we run. Renderings go out in three versions with two revision passes included. Video runs seven steps over roughly four weeks, with the schedule locked at the storyboard stage.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with Montreal developers?

Yes. Prével is a client, and the Immersion platform is running in the Esplanade Cartier sales centre today.

How much does an architectural rendering cost in Montreal?

We bill per image for stills and per package for video. The amount depends on the number of views, the level of detail and the type of project. We confirm the exact price after a first call, and it already includes both revision passes.

How long does it take?

Renderings depend on the number of views and how complete your model is. Video runs about four weeks from kickoff, locked at the storyboard stage. We give you the date before you commit.

Can you handle the sales centre itself, not just the images?

Yes, and that is the part most rendering studios cannot do. We deliver the images, the video and the interactive touchscreen experience the sales team actually uses, on our own platform.
